Abstract

15 months after the pandemic, we still do not know the results of the closure of health services or
the consequences of the handling of many hands on that plate. We are rightly concerned about the
alarming series of negative consequences on the economy and on education, but, in the forced march,
the pandemic exposed the serious and chronic ethical shortcomings of the national health system.
