Abstract

Male newborn, 37 weeks' gestation, third product, of a 27-year-old mother, G3P2, born vaginally, without complications. The physical examination draws attention to the presence of bilateral corneal opacity, the rest of the physical examination is normal. Laboratory studies, brain and abdominal ultrasound, as well
as normal echocardiograms.

What would your diagnosis be ?:
