Abstract

Clinical case
This is a 6-month-old male infant, who consults for presenting more than 10 vomits during the night, not associated with diarrhea or fever. No known prior medical history.
Physical examination: with underhydrated mucosa, rest of the normal physical examination.
Laboratory tests: Hemogram with leukocytes at 18,400 / mm3 with a predominance of neutrophils. Office studies: X-rays of the abdomen and abdominal ultrasound.
